In this episode
Our first ever live guest: a film-score composer who studied music production and now records wedding songs, bar mitzvah tracks and podcasts, brave enough to get roasted in real time.
The whole business lives on one homepage, every service stacked in one endless scroll, so we sketched out the site structure it should become.
We got into why keyword research in Hebrew is genuinely tricky, prefixes glue themselves onto words and multiply your keyword list.
Our favorite hack of the episode: he already records podcasts, so turn each episode transcript into a blog post and let the content write itself.
We ended with a promise: come back after the redesign and we will do the sequel.

Key findings
Every service sits as a section on the homepage instead of its own page, so none of the money keywords, podcast recording, wedding songs, bar mitzvah recordings, have a dedicated page to rank.
The services section forces a very long scroll, six services deep, so anyone who does not keep scrolling never sees half the offering.
The hero video uses white text that is hard to read, and a small logo floats in a large dead space at the top.
The menu offers no dropdowns, so specific services like podcast production hide behind a generic additional services page.
No blog exists yet to capture top-of-funnel searches like how to record a podcast.
Top action items
1Build a separate page for each service, structured in clusters, audio and video branches with sub-pages, each targeting its own keyword.
2Do keyword research in Hebrew, or hire someone experienced with it, before building the new site structure.
3Add dropdown menus so every service is one click away instead of buried in a scroll.
4Launch a blog and repurpose podcast recordings into posts, transcripts, snippets for LinkedIn and Instagram.
What we learned (steal these)
One homepage cannot rank for ten services. Every distinct offering with its own search intent deserves its own page.
Repurposing is the cheapest content strategy there is. One recorded conversation becomes a blog post, social snippets and proof of your product quality.
Site structure starts with keyword research, not design. Map the tree of what people search for, then build your menu and URLs to match it.
